Availability & Commute

By booking a lesson, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Travel Areas:

• For in-person lessons, I am available to travel to the following areas: Tottenham, Enfield, Walthamstow, Southgate & Muswell Hill. If you live in a nearby location not listed, feel free to contact me to discuss possible arrangements and I will be happy to accommodate where possible.



Outside Locations:

• For locations outside of these areas I recommend booking online lessons to ensure maximum availability. However, if you would still prefer an in-person lesson, please contact me to discuss potential travel arrangements and any additional travel fees.



Important Notes:

• Lesson duration remains the same regardless of travel time. Public transport is my method of travel so please allow for potential delays during peak times. To ensure timely arrivals for locations that may require longer travel I recommend scheduling lessons during off-peak hours.



Current Availability:

• Monday - Wednesday: Flexible Hours (please inquire for specific times).
• Thursday: Available before 2PM.
• Friday: Flexible Hours (please inquire for specific times).
• Saturday: Flexible Hours (please inquire for specific times).



Booking Notice:

• Please give 24 Hours notice for booking a lesson.

Important Note:

• Please note, my availability may change depending on my part time job schedule, so please contact me for the most current availability when booking lessons. I will notify all students promptly of any changes to my availability.

Referral Program

By booking a lesson, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Referral Discount:

• For each new student you refer who completes their first lesson, both you and the new student will receive a discount. There is no limit to the number of new students you can refer to; however, each new student can only be referred by one referrer. If a new student is referred by multiple individuals, only the first person who referred them will receive the discount.



In-Person Lessons:

• Referrers and new student’s receive £10 off the next package (whether it’s a 30 minute or 1 hour lesson) or £5 off the next individual lesson.



Online Lessons:

• Referrers and new students receive £5 off the next package (whether it’s a 30 minute or 1 hour lesson) or £5 off their next individual lesson.



Eligibility:

• To qualify for the referral discount, the new student must mention your name at the time of their booking and must complete their first lesson.



Redeeming Discounts:

• Discounts can be redeemed during your next booking. Please remind me at the time of payment to apply for your discount. Discounts received from the referral program must be used within three months of the issue date. After this period, any unused discounts will expire.



Conditions:

• Referral discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous lessons. Clients can only use one referral discount per package or individual lesson. Discounts earned through the referral program will be voided if the referred student cancels their lesson or does not show up for their first lesson.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment Method:

• Payments must be made via bank transfer prior to each lesson. This applies to packages and individual sessions. Please ensure that payments are made 24 hours before your scheduled lesson to confirm your booking.



Reference:

• When making a bank transfer, please use your full name as the reference. This helps to identify your payment promptly.



Confirmation:

• Once your payment has been received, I will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your booking.



Unsecured Time Slots/Late Payment:

• If payment is not received 24 hours before the lesson it will be considered unsecured and you will lose your time slot. If you wish to book a lesson after this deadline, I may be able to accommodate you if the slot is still open, provided that payment is made immediately..



Cancellation:

• Payments are non-refundable for unused lessons, however lessons can be rescheduled with proper notice as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Additional Terms

By booking a lesson, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Liability Waiver:

• By participating in lessons, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being. I will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during lessons.



Code of Conduct:

• Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons. Disruptive behavior may result in lesson termination without a refund.



Privacy Policy:

• Lesson duration remains the same regardless of travel time. Public transport is my method of travel so please allow for potential delays during peak times. To ensure timely arrivals for locations that may require longer travel I recommend scheduling lessons during off-peak hours.



Termination of Lessons:

• I reserve the right to terminate lessons with any student if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, or if payment issues arise.



Changes to Terms:

• I reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the website.

Cancellation Policy

By booking a lesson, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Notice Period:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice.



Late Cancellations:

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, as it may not be possible to fill the time slot. This is in place to ensure fairness to all students.



Rescheduling:

• If you provide adequate notice, you may reschedule your lesson at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost. Rescheduled lessons must take place within one month of the original lesson date otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited. Please communicate any rescheduling directly with me.



Emergencies:

• In case of an emergency, please inform me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling. In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to an emergency I will notify you as soon as possible. I will work with you to find a suitable time to reschedule your lesson at no additional cost.



Professional Commitments (Gigs/Rehearsals):

• As a working musician, there may be instances where I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to a gig or rehearsal. I will provide as much notice as possible in these cases, and we will work together to find a suitable time to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost to you.



Reassessing Bookings:

• Frequent cancellations may lead to a reassessment of your booking arrangements. This may include requiring advance payment for future lessons to better manage scheduling and availability. For example, if you cancel two or more lessons in a month, we may discuss changes to your booking.
